Your body’s command center. When balanced, it helps you manage stress, sleep well, and recover faster. Changes here will change all the other fundamentals.

Your energy regulator. Are you accessing it from food intake or stored fuel? Stable blood sugar supports mood, energy, and metabolism. Changes here impact the other fundamentals.

Metabolism

Fatigued, have trouble regulating body temperature and symptom riddled? Your metabolism is how well your cells create & use energy. It impacts your other fundamentals.

Nutrients

The movement and exchange of nutrients are how our cells perform their functions. Iron deficiency might be due to something else. Changes here impact the other fundamentals.

Dr Anthea Todd, Creator, Author & Speaker

I do what I do, because I want to help people realise they don't need a test or someone who seems 'smarter than them' to tell them there is an issue. Our symptoms are enough. Listen to them, your body is using them to guide you to a life you love. 

 

Dr. Anthea Todd is a globally recognised women’s health expert with qualifications in chiropractic care, a dual master’s degree in Women’s Health Medicine and Reproductive Medicine, and extensive training in Functional Medicine. Growing up in a family of healthcare practitioners, she learned early on that the body is always communicating with us. Whether mixing herbs with her naturopathic grandmother or playing “guess the diagnosis” with her siblings, these moments sparked her lifelong curiosity about the body’s resilience and wisdom.

Her own struggles with unexplained symptoms led her to see that symptoms aren’t problems to be fixed but messages to be understood. This insight inspired her to develop The Female Fundamentals Framework™, a revolutionary approach to understanding your body, listening to its signals, and making empowered health decisions. Through her bestselling book What’s My Body Telling Me?, online programs, and practitioner training, she is helping women reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and realise that health doesn’t have to feel like a full-time job.
